Commissions are now on VGen, where you can check the price and the type I'm offering, even if my commissions are closed! If you have questions, feel free to reach out: [email protected].
Please always send visual references of the character(s) you want me to draw! This can be sent via links or image files aswell. Character Design commissions are available separately from the regular ones. Characters that do not have a clear visual reference (only written descriptions, or for example Pinterest inspiration boards) are considered Character Design commissions.
Make sure your request consists of your username or profile link, so I can tag you when I post the artwork online! If you don’t want your commission to be uploaded to social media, please state it beforehand. Unless it is a private commission you don’t want me to share anywhere, I have the right to post Work in Progress images on my social media, as well as the finished piece. Things I will need to know for the commission:
Reference pictures (around 1-10 is sufficient)
Commission type (f.e. Half Body, Chibi full body)
Description of the character(s) - relevant to the commission - to know their basic personality, looks, or if you have a specific request about pose, interactions, scene, etc. please write that down aswell.
Optional: link pictures from my gallery if you would like something similar to that!
I am okay with NSFW artwork references, but do NOT send real life NSFW pictures, or illegal, offensive content.
About AI references: if your character solely has AI references, I will most likely decline your commission request due to the inconsistency. Using AI generated pictures as detail references, pictures for inspiration however is okay, as long as it’s not the only reference I receive for the commission.
I have the right to decline your commission request without explanation.

More information about the commission process
Please do not rush me. Don't ask for daily updates, my schedule is publicly available HERE. I always try to give out a reasonable amount of updates!
By default, all my backgrounds are simply colored, blurred, or have abstract elements. More detailed background costs extra for a commission if it’s available as an option (see the pricing of currently open commissions).
I will send you a rough sketch version of the piece, if the artwork is detailed, you’ll get more wips while I work on it. Usually the steps are: rough sketch > linework > colors > rendering. I do not send wips for quick turnaround work (sketch commissions etc.)
I can edit the artworks basics (posing, setting) while it’s still a sketch. After that only minor fixes can be made.
After you receive the finished artwork, more than 2 revisions cost extra 20% of the original price that will be billed to you separately. The exception from this is when I forgot about adding certain details. (f.e. a necklace is missing from the finished piece, although you sent a reference picture of it.)
Resolution and more:
I usually work at least with an A4 canvas size, with 300 dpi (or bigger) but it can vary depending on the commission’s type.
File extension: JPEG and PNG
By default, you will receive a full sized PNG file, with a small JPEG file that is watermarked and good for uploading to the web.
Colour: RGB
3. Payment
Before commissioning me, you need to know the following information:
Commissions are paid via VGen (multiple payment options) or with PayPal invoice.
My prices are in USD. I do not accept any kind of cryptocurrency.
Payment plans are available from $200 and above. In this case, you will receive the finished piece once the commission is paid in full.
You may have to wait a bit longer until I can start your commission if my current queue is long. Please always check myTrello waitlist before commissioning me!
Payments are upfront unless I offer a sketch first (depending on the commission’s type). After that I will continue working on the piece once I receive the amount.
Do not send me money if I did not reply, and we did not agree to the commission!
I will not refund after you receive your artwork’s detailed version (partial refund in case of lineart, flat colors, no refund on rendered, completed pieces). Please make sure that my style fits your ideas first!
If you are unable to contact me, or you block me, ignore my messages for months, I have the right to cancel your commission. Partial refund is possible depending how the commission’s progress is.
I have the right to decline your request without explaining the reason to you - and you have the right to cancel your order until you send the full amount. Of course, if you sent the amount and I haven’t started your commission, you will get a full refund upon cancellation.
I am not obligated to accept your commission request.
Please be patient. Custom made illustration and artwork is not an instant transaction. Every commissioner deserves my full attention and devotion to the artwork I am making for them.
4. Other information (usage of my artworks)
If you would like to keep your commissioned artwork private, please don’t forget to mention it! I do upload “work in progress” pictures to social media and sometimes do speedpaints, but if it’s private, that’s totally ok!
You can upload it to your social media and either print it out for yourself.
You are allowed to get a tattoo with your commissioned piece, but not other's commissioned work. Please ask first.
You can print the artwork only for yourself (or friends if it’s a gift), use it on your own socials, have a t-shirt with the design, etc. but you may not resell, or make money out of it. You are not allowed to crop/delete/erase my signature from the picture.
If you request NSFW character commissions, you must be 18+. I will decline the commission if you’re underage.
You are NOT allowed to mint/create ANY KIND of NFTs out of my artworks, let it be a tweet, an image, or any kind of medium. You are not allowed to tie my artwork and name to any NFT projects and NFT related content.
I am strongly against AI and art theft. I do not consent to use my artwork for any kind of image generation tool.
It is possible to buy my artworks’ rights of use and complete ownership, if it’s not related to any copyrighted material (for example Final Fantasy franchise or Blizzard games, etc.) but know that I am strongly against selling my creations as NFTs.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!
5. Adoptable Characters and YCH (Your Character Here)Adoptables are primarily available for Discord members. YCHs are usually available on Twitter first.
Adoptables Adoptables are the characters that artists design either for directly selling them, or they're unique designs they won't keep. It can be a stylized illustration, a full character sheet with weapons, accessories, forms, outfits, a simple character standing in the picture, basically anything! Artists sell the premade character designs for people who love to include them in a roleplay session, use them in their stories if they’re writers, or have them as Original Characters - one they cherish, love and commission others. Adoptables can be characters, weapons, outfits, even world maps & other premade things! We usually make the adoptables to design something we want, but do not wish to keep - and our customers can see the finished product before buying it. Usually the artist states the Terms of Use of the designs - separately in each design depending on the artist - or have a Terms of Use to all pre-made characters.
I am offering regular adoptable designs on my Discord. These designs are only available on other sites, if no one claims it there. Adoptables made for auctions are public, you’ll be able to bid on them on my Twitter page.
My Terms for Adoptable characters are the following - if I don’t specifically state otherwise for a design:
You are allowed to change the name, named race, outfits, accessories of the character(s).
You are allowed to use them in stories, novels, roleplaying and other games, and claim it as your own character.
You are allowed to reupload the premade design I drew to your social media and websites, but you have to state that I am the one who made it (only once. You don’t have to tag me every time you upload it to f.e. Twitter.)
You are not allowed to resell the design (if it only has my works) for more than you have bought it from me.
You are not allowed to alter the basic design of the character (f.e. skin color - character development is allowed of course, or changing their clothes, etc.)
I can only refund the payment if you haven’t received the high quality file yet, since it’s a digital product, and can be easily reproduced.
People who will use the characters by either commissioning them / drawing them / using them in writing will get priority over adopt hoarders and resellers. Note that I am not against the second two, but I would rather give my characters to people who will use them. :)
Your Character Here (also known as YCH) YCH is a premadepose/setting/illustration mockup the artist uses to draw your characters in. It can vary quite a lot.
I will always state how much slot is open for one pose. F.e. if 3 slots are available, three commissioners can claim that pose for their character(s).
The style of the finished product will be stated too. For example, I will say it’s a colored sketch with a cellshade method.
The finished piece’s Term of Use is the same as the regular commissions’.
